This bold, flavor-packed fusion of Hawaii’s iconic Loco Moco and Pagosa’s signature green chili is inspired by Tasha’s roots and our journey as a family. Born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii, Tasha grew up savoring the flavors of the islands. Matt’s connection to Hawaii began when he moved from California to help open a Cheesecake Factory in Waikiki. That’s where our love story began—a story of shared dreams, adventures, and, of course, incredible food.

Fast forward to today, and The Pagosa Loco Moco combines these cherished memories with our passion for creating dishes that feel like home. A bed of fluffy rice, a juicy hamburger patty, a perfectly fried egg, all drenched in our signature green chili sauce—it’s a celebration of Hawaii meeting Pagosa Springs, right on your plate.
