Rooted in Love, Grounded in Purpose

It began with a whisper—a quiet morning when the Lord stirred Matt's heart and said, "It's time." A vision of a tree, strong and deeply rooted, lingered in his mind. Ephesians 3:17-18 echoed in his spirit: "Rooted and grounded in love..." The next day, he shared this dream with Tash and Neil. We have talked about opening a family business together for the last decade and now this dream suddenly began to take shape.

 

This is Patria.

Not just a business, but a family—a place where we raise our kids and teach them how to look people in the eye with warmth, to steam milk with care, to wash dishes. A place where we are living as a family with joy and excitement in what others may consider mundane.

Patria isn't reserved for those who share the same name. It's an extension of love, a table where everyone belongs. The Lord has written a story for us—not just to survive, but one where we love every chapter. And this? This is the story He's given us.

We are woven into the fabric of Pagosa Springs, dependent on this community so we can, in turn, be a blessing you can depend on. Our vision is simple: to be a blessing to Pagosa…a place where people gather, where they feel known, where people belong, and where they leave feeling loved.

To that end, we desire to prosper, so that we can be generous. It is not about building personal wealth, but rather always having enough to share.
